Classic Exc

I’m asking for $4,000 for my 1970 Toyota Land Cruiser Fj40. Is That to much?
My 1970 Fj40, is all original all parts are there but need work its been sitting the for over 10 years. It turns over at the 1st try and runs good. The hard top is in good condition but the fiber glass portion needs to be replaced. The body is straight and has very little rust, nothing that can’t be sanded off. The tires are new (33×12.5). There has been no modification made to it so it would be an easy restoration project, but it would take little to no money to just get it on the road. It works just fine. The guy who wants to buy it is really interested, but is only willing to pay 3,000 for it. Should I sell it? Keep in mind that I also have a 1964 Ford Thunderbird, which is probably worth even more just sitting there collecting dust just like the Land Cruiser. I got this information fro Gold Book Classic price guide.
1970 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER 4WD 2D SPORT UTILITY 1963-73 Dsp/HP- 3.9/138 Eng-6C (Fair-3,000) (Good-6,000) (Exc-11,000) (Show-15,000)
I would be in complete shock if you couldn’t get OVER 4000 for it. A good FJ40 is getting hard to come by, trust me, I’ve been looking. If you want to, send more info and pics if you have any to me, and I can estimate value better, and maybe make an offer if you don’t live too far away – I’m in Idaho.
