Runs Very

Help! I’m needing to keep my carbs very low for my health, and I have a spouse who runs (eats lotsa carbs)?
My carb intake needs to be under 100 grams per day. My husband can eat 300 per meal and not gain weight. As a matter of fact, he has trouble running if he doesn’t consume adequate carbs
Anybody got a menu=planning strategy for Jack Sprat and his wife?
I view carbs as an addition to the meal – the core of the meal is the protein source (meat or whatever) and the veggies. Your husband can have all the potatoes he likes, but there’s nothing forcing you to eat them.
